Knowledge of techniques, tools and principles involved with
the design of buildings utilizing steel, concrete, wood and masonry
Be able to estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment
and labor to determine project feasibility
Manage a variety of small to large building design projects
Must have a minimum 5 years related experience including project
management and seismic design experience
We'd like you to have some leadership aspirations. A desire
and ability to work with people
Real life experience managing a team of engineers and other
professionals (this would be an asset)
A customer centric view of engineering. If you think customers

2. Intermediate/Senior CAD Drafter.
The Position: Designing and preparing complete and accurate working
plans, charts as well as scale drawings. Undertaking the revisions
of complex projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering
drafting methods and procedures with the operation and application
of computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software.
You Should Have:
Experience using computer aided drafting software to develop
layouts, drawings and designs that meet engineering specifications.
Be capable of Reviewing engineering drawings, analyzing designs
and retrieving information to complete drawings.
Strong CAD skills and understanding of building construction
is required
Must have solid experience with AutoCAD
Supervisory skills for this position are an asset,
as we would like to offer the right candidate the opportunity to
