have two to four years supervisory experience in small business
management with some involvement in the marketing department or
a vibrant past in marketing. Financial experience is not really
necessary, we'll provide help for that area and time to grow into
it. You might be a sales person who feels ready to manage, an operations
person ready to take on a broader role, or you possibly have experience
in the printing industry, or maybe you see some other fit. Your
practical experience and attitudeare more important to us than your
