Flood restorations, that’s what we do. High end restaurant kitchens submerged in dish water on opening night, million dollar condo’s on False Creek with a living room wall saturated in chlorinated water from a leaking roof top pool. The panic, the people, the pace at which we deliver service is faster than anyone in our business. A dishwasher left on while the owners are out, 9 floors of flaming furious neighbors are propping their furniture up with soup cans and tinned goods for the food drive.

They call, they scream, they cry over the water soaked love seat and the crawl space they filled with boxes. Property managers, grandmothers, kids of the elderly, and carefully spoken customers who just want things back the way they were. It’s your job to console them, to cajole with them, to meet them halfway on price and tell them ‘everything will be ok.’

We restore residential and commercial properties: we are the sunshine. Our swat teams of restoration professionals in black shirts and white vans are fearless and capable. They tackle the most miserable of floods head on and put in long hours to restore people’s lives.

We’re looking for a General Manager, someone to provide direction to our catastrophe clean up teams. An untouchable individual who is unphazed by their environment, someone who sees clearly even if the rain isn’t gone, someone who sees all obstacles in our way. Mature and thoughtful. You will communicate directly with our clients conveying the project details to team leads, work with the insurance companies to sort out legalities and payment, working with the company’s owners to run the day to day operations of a terribly successful restoration company.

General Management Skills

Manage our people, take care of the needs of your small staff, our busy office, keep the customers happy, some new client acquisition, watch the budget, hire good people, build a team, provide leadership.
