OUR GREAT CANDIDATE WOULD:
Setup & conduct line level interviews. Baby-sit the hiring
process as if it were your first born.
Resolve employee issues. (Typically a little more serious
than ‘Susan took my pen’).
Prepare and maintain orientation packages and related material.
Charismatically & with genuine interest respond to all
employee inquiries regarding payroll, pension adjustments, taxes
etc.
EARTH CHANGING HR EXPERT REQUIREMENTS:
Must be mature and self motivated, think deadlines are exciting
and want the rest of us to agree.
Have completed the above mentioned tasks or those similar
to in a previous role.
Helpful but not necessary, you might have a formal post secondary
education in HR or possibly payroll.
Have a reasonable understanding of ADP and/or Oracle systems
coupled with some previous payroll related experience.
Someone who wants to root themselves in a challenging &
fun environment today, tomorrow, and many years to come.
