Careers - FILLED!

Operations Manager, Flying Wedge Pizza

Prestigious gourmet pizza company (yes there is such a thing) with 15 years of tasty appeal has an immediate opening for an operations manager. With enough awards to smear over 27 medium thin crust pizzas 2x over, the Flying Wedge Pizza Co. has taken great pride in cooking up the foods we love and combining them with classic Italian dough, to make one of a kind gourmet pizza.

If you think inside the box (pizza or otherwise), don’t bother reading on.

We are looking for a restaurant industry manager but without the flake-appeal. A thoughtful individual who will roll up their sleeves, serve what we cook, eat what we make and dish out the ‘Wedge 401’ (company philosophy) like the oven’s on fire. We make the finest food on dough: 15 profitable years, 11 locations and constant customer feedback tell us so. We need someone who wants to be a part of that. Who believes in our company culture and wants to front that to the employees they manage and the customers they serve.

The Candidate:
- A career focused individual comfortable with continuously expanding responsibilities and rewards.
- Should have at least two years restaurant/fast food/kitchen management experience
- Have a passion for working with food, have an understanding of food safe practices.
