About our leadership program

About the content

  • Simple, practical management tools for supervisory management at any level in the company.
  • Content is based on current management books, articles and research.
  • Monthly seminars, (please check the schedule for changes), bring your group.

The Facts

  • This program is in its 15th year. Our company is 31 years old.
  • Over 200+ members in the GVRD
  • Group size has been reduced but our schedule has been doubled. We have twice as many seminars, (almost monthly), and groups will be between 30 and 50 managers.
  • Content is more targeted and narrow giving a set of tools around each management problem or skill.
  • Two hours only. We start at 8:00 am, end at 10:00 am. If you have to leave early, please let us know.
  • Refreshments, coffee, muffins, etc. are usually offered.
  • Workbook is 12 pages and is your take away management tool.
  • These seminars have a reputation for being motivating, humorous, practical, enjoyable. If you don't believe, attend and judge for yourself.
  • Weekly newsletter to all registered managers supporting the seminars.

Reservation

Rate base

  • Your organization's basic membership price is based on using a minimum of 12 seats annually. If you use at least 12, your membership has paid for itself. Most companies tend to use more than 12 seats. If you have purchased 12 seats you have 24 months from date of purchase to use them for any event.
  • Meeting rooms have seating limits. When the maximum number of participants is registered we stop accepting reservations. Please book ahead.
  • No-shows, (reserving and not showing up), are serious. If you reserve but do not show up, we take that seriously. If your company has a membership, we will block you from attending any events for the next three months. If you are a free guest and abuse the courtesy of a free seat, you will also be blocked from attending for six months. If you purchase tickets and don't show, we will always honour your ticket for 24 months, to any event. Best thing to do, call us 24 hrs ahead of time and let us know you won't be attending. Thank you.
